It is time to make sure that the current and future generations will have the kind of stories which will be told and re-told because they inspire hope, they uplift the spirit, they celebrate triumph over adversities, they nurture a passion to be of genuine service to one's fellow human beings.

Here are the stories of fifteen Ramon Magsaysay laureates, ordinary individuals whose extraordinary lives have made Asia a better place. This is the first of nine (9) volumes on Asia's modern-day heroes and heroines.

This volume, the second in the book series, focuses on thirty-seven Magsaysay laureates from the countries of South Asia. While each country has had a unique social and political history, all have deep spiritual and cultural roots in compassion and self-giving.

Some cool read, this collection of 21 essays from the first four years of the Ramon Magsaysay Student Essay Competition. Winning young writers from high schools, colleges, and universities across the Philippines--and three from Korea--reflect on the inspiring lives and work of Asia's moral heroes.

The biography of the late President Magsaysay deals with his astounding life in political, historical, and personal terms.

The film series My Guy Redux re-introduces Ramon Magsaysay to generations who have not been privileged to know him or live under his dynamic leadership.

These essays, a window to their extraordinary lives and work, are compiled in the Foundation’s Book of Record, The Ramon Magsaysay Award (volumes 1 to 12, covering the years 1958 to 1995), and are also published as individual awardee pamphlets (1983-1995). In addition to biographical essays, the books and pamphlets also contain the citations with which each Magsaysay Award was conferred, as well as each awardee’s formal response.
